Grand View Ranch RV Park and Campground

Grand View Ranch RV Park and Campground is now open under new management. The campground entrance is located at 5050 Horseshoe Lane. located in the central part of the property, you have access to everything we offer. We have remodeled and updated bathhouse for men and women, both are handicap accessible. We have 23 updated RV sites, some are tent accessible as well. Each site includes full hook up: water, sewer, and electric with Free Wi-Fi. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with the family, a camping trip to make memories, or you and your equine friends looking to ride the mountain trails or ride in the arena there is something for everyone. Come join us and let us help make memories that last a lifetime.

Horses are welcome at the campground with your reservation. we offer boarding for your equine friend including a stall, feed, water, hay and pasture, shaving CAN BE ADDED IN ADD ONS. Must have negative Coggins test and horses must be vaccinated.

Grand View Ranch Campground Rules

Absolutely NO Fireworks of any kind

·         Check-in time Monday – Friday is 12 pm to 4pm.  Saturday Check in time is 11-2. Sunday Check in time is 1-4 pm. If a different time is needed, please call ahead of time.

·         Check out time is 11 am.

·         Quiet hours 8 pm to 8 am.

·         We are a family friendly environment and loud usage of vulgar language is strongly discouraged. Please watch language when outside of your camper or in a public area of the property. 

·         We are in close proximity to each other so please be respectful and keep the music to a respectable level, so it does not disturb other guests. 

·         Drive carefully and watch for children, please stay on gravel, and no admission past the designated point, which is explained to you by staff on check in and posted.

·         There is no admission by guests to any barn on property. 

·         The speed limit is 5 mph.

·         There is NO swimming or Fishing in the pond. Please use caution around pond. There is no lifeguard on duty.

·         Sewer and water hookup must be properly fitted and supported to prevent leaks.

·         Site Parking only: Only one RV and two vehicles per site.

·         No moving from assigned spot without permission from management.

·         No washing vehicle or RV within the campground. 

·         No vehicle maintenance, oil changes, break changes, etc. on vehicles or RV that isn't urgent for travel at the moment. 

·         DO NOT FEED the horses or donkeys at any time. They have medical issues and have a special diet. Food and treats outside of their diets could kill them. DO NOT touch the horses or donkeys. They can bite with no reason and will bite if spooked or provoked, we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from not following these rules.

·         Do not walk in hay fields also DO Not enter fields that are fenced in and gated off.

·         NO visitors allowed, that are not included in the reservation unless staff is aware. 

·         Visitors may be restricted during periods of high occupancy.

·         Garbage and trash should be in a garbage bag tied and placed in the designated trailer. Please place boxes and containers in a bag as well and tie and place them in the designated trailer. Do not place trash in trailer that is not in a Trash bag.

·         Ground fires are only permitted in designated fire rings with each spot.

·         Absolutely NO public display of Alcohol.

·         No Smoking or Vaping outside of your assigned spot. Please dispose of cigarette butts within your spot. Please Do Not Throw butts on the Ground.

·         No Smoking or vaping of Marijuana or anything other than Tobacco/Vape products. No Delta 8 or anything of that nature. THC is illegal in TN and you will be asked to leave and/or the law will be called. No Illegal Drugs of any kind, if reported you will be asked to leave and the Law will be called

·         Pets are allowed: Maximum of 2 pets per site. Unless cleared by staff.

·         Pet Owners MUST clean up after their pets and dispose of litter in proper receptacles.

·         Pets must be always on a leash.

·         Pets are not allowed in any buildings. Unless emergency situation.

·         Pets must not disturb other campers in the park.

·         Pets are not to be left outside when owners are away from RV park

·         No display of pet cages.

·         No pets allowed at the arena while horses are present.
